Each unit owner pays Body Corporate fees for the upkeep and maintenance of the building, provision of in house concierge, the beautiful gardens and surrounds (BC fees equal approx. 1.2% of the average value of each unit) billed quarterly, as you would with any strata titled property.

Palmyra's Body Corporate is managed by dbrealty, a local and long term Elsternwick business heavily involved in the successful management of both large and small apartment blocks, villa complexes and commercial developments.

By law, you can request a retirement village contract, and disclosure statement, at least 21 days before you sign.
